Release of Liability Waiver

I am aware that vigorous physical exercise strains the cardiovascular system and all other parts of my body and can be a hazardous activity, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with the knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risk of injury or death, whatever the cause may be. I agree to assume all risks associated with engaging in exercise activities. By signing below Participant hereby voluntarily indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless Elisa Allen for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by Participant or any other person arising or resulting directly or indirectly from Participant’s participation in the fitness sessions. In the event that Participant is injured, the Participant agrees to assume any financial obligation, either through Participant’s personal health insurance or through some other means, for any medical costs which Participant incurs. Elisa Allen assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by the Participant in connection with the use of any facilities or services in connection with the activity. It is the intention of Participant by signing below to expressly assume all risks of personal injury, death, or property damage upon him/herself, to the exclusion of Elisa Allen from liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. Participant further agrees that Participant, his/her spouse, assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue or attach Elisa Allen for any loss or damage resulting from Participant’s participation in the activity. Participants are aware of the potential dangers incidental to engaging in fitness activities. The Participant agrees that this is a release of liability, a waiver of the Participant’s legal right to collect damages in the event of injury, death, or property damage, and Participant signs it of his/her own free will. Participant agrees to hold harmless Elisa Allen, or any other subcontractors, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, presenters, leaders, or their respective agents. Participant acknowledges that neither Elisa Allen nor any other location inside or outside where the class is taught shall be liable for any claim, demand, cause, or action of any kind whatsoever for, on account of death, personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind resulting from or related to Participant’s use of the facilities studio or outdoor practice locations. *
